It is a bold blend, obtained by combining three genetic qualities of cocoa from Madagascar, Ghana, Ecuador and Venezuela. Toscano Black 90, third child of Casa Amedei’s dark chocolate Manifesto, is a strong blend obtained by combining two genetic qualities of cocoa from Madagascar and Ghana. A 90% dark chocolate which is characterised by a delicate and inviting fragrance. Despite the high cocoa percentage, it is a very creamy chocolate that leaves the palate extremely clean.

NOTES OF TOASTED BREAD, WHITE FLOWERS AND HOT CHOCOLATE

Ingredients: Cocoa mass, cocoa butter, cane sugar. Cocoa min. 90% May contain traces of hazelnut, almond, pistachio, walnut, milk.

Storage: Keep in a dry and cool place, between 14° and 18°.
